DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all mainland UK in 2-10 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery to anywhere outside the UK. Note that these delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

The products will be your responsibility from time of delivery.

All orders are agreed to be delivered by the chosen courier by withlovejessica.com.

Most packages will be delivered by Recorded Royal Mail where-by a signature on receipt will be needed otherwise you may need to collect the package from your local depot or wherever is stated on the card left by the courier. This is for your own piece of mind that you will receive the goods and they will not be left somewhere unsafe or go missing. If you prefer delivery to a work address or elsewhere please state this when placing your order.
