For Christmas gifts we have extended our return policy so that anything purchased within 1st- 24th December can be returned for an exchange if goods are received by the 12th January and are subject to our returns policy below. This does not affect your seven day cancellation period where-by you can claim a refund.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received your purchase. You have the option to return for a refund or exchange. In the case of a refund, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. Please state whether you are returning for exchange or refund and your reason, include your order ID number. We do not accept refunds or exchanges after the 14 day period. If we are notified after this 14 day period a refund will not be given and only an exchange at our discretion.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Please note all items will be inspected on return.
In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on customised/personalised goods, pierced jewellery, body tape or washed items. Nor do we accept returns on underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with or original tags and packaging have been removed or clearly worn. If an item is returned that falls into the categories stated, the return will be refused and sent back to you, and you may be liable for any added costs.
In the circumstance that your goods are faulty or damaged, through no fault of your own, withlovejessica.com will provide an item in exchange for the damaged goods or a full refund.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Please note that return postage will need to be paid for by you and remember to obtain proof of postage.
In order to return an item you will need to include the completed returns form that will be included with your order. Please ensure it is completed correctly and includes details of why it is being returned, whether you are requesting a refund or exchange and what item you wish to exchange for; including details of your order ID number, name and address. If you have misplaced your return form you can print off another from the link at the bottom of the homepage of withlovejessica.com.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock we will contact you to give the option to make a different exchange or refund. Where the exchange item amounts differently to the original ordered item we will either refund the difference or may have to refund in full and then take the new amount.
Any delivery charges will be refunded, however, if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded. However, if you make an exchange we will cover the costs of sending out the new product.

If you cancel your order before you have received your goods, unless cancellation takes place before your order is ready for dispatch, your cancelled order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. You will need to return the received items to us at your own cost. In the meantime you must take reasonable care of them.
If goods are not returned to us within a reasonable amount of time then actions will take place to retrieve them and costs may occur.
